This includes two sessions. The first session is to video you running from multiple angles to get a complete picture of your form and gait. The second session is for discussion of the analysis and viewing the videos in slow-motion. You will be provided with a complete write-up of the analysis, which includes suggestions to correct any issues. The analysis focuses on the following 9 areas: posture, forward lean, head, shoulders, arms, hands, back/hips, legs and foot strike. Contact Joe if you would like to schedule a form analysis. $70
If you live in the Champaign County, Illinois area and you would like to have a personal coach to help you through your runs, this is for you. These plans include a face-to-face consultation and running questionnaire to determine your current fitness level, health/injury history, and running goals. This is ideal for anyone from the beginning runner that needs extra attention, through the more experienced runner looking for a more specific, personal experience. Whatever your ability level, this type of coaching will provide you with the opportunity to work with a coach and have your specific needs and goals addressed. Longer commitments receive discounted services.
Each of the following plans come with a small group workout. Each of the coaches meet their clients in a small group format on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. Kelly works exclusively with women runners and meets her clients at 5:30/6:00 p.m. on Thursdays from May-October and at 7:00/8:00 a.m. on Saturdays from November-April. Coach Joe meets his clients at 6:00 a.m. (or earlier) on Tuesday and/or Wednesday mornings year round. On inclement weather days in the winter, Coach Joe meets his clients at the Armory.
Coaching by the hour. If you desire to work one-on-one with Coach Joe or Coach Kelly during workout sessions (track work, tempo runs, long runs, etc.), this is an additional option to supplement your training plan. Cost is $40 per hour.

Online training plan:
You can still receive personalized training, even if you are busy with work, school and/or kids. This type of coaching will involve communicating primarily by email. The first month of coaching includes an initial phone or email consultation or face-to-face meeting (if you live near Mahomet, IL) and a 4-week training plan. Unlimited email support included. Contact Joe if you would like to sign up for online training. $60 per 4-week segments
If you and some friends live in the Champaign County, IL area and are looking for a running coach and have the same goal distance or race, we can set up a group training program. The type of program can be done in-person or online. Prices vary depending on the type of coaching needed and number of members in the group. There is a 4-person minimum and an 8-person maximum for all groups.
Training Plans only:
If you just want a training plan for a specific race distance, we can develop a training plan geared towards your specific goals and needs. The price for a training plan includes a phone consultation (approximately 30-60 minutes) and running questionnaire to determine your current fitness level, health/injury history, and running goals.
