|Body n' Sole
Body N' Sole Sports, Champaign's only specialized running and swimming
source, came to the city in 1979 to
provide technically correct information
on the latest shoes and gear. Body N'
Sole, also provides a service to the
running community and has on-site
information on regional and local races.
Jed & Mike and their knowledgeable staff
are always on hand to answer all of your
running and swimming needs.
The mission of the Bulldog Race
support the Mahomet Seymour Junior High
cross country and track and field teams.
Proceeds from the race directly supported
those two programs. In a time of budget
cuts, fundraising is essential for
purchasing uniforms, supplies and
equipment. This event was organized by
Coach Bails Running, LLC. This event was
held in 2013 and 2014. No immediate
plans for the future.

The purpose of

The mission of Road ID is two-fold: One,
to educate outdoor enthusiasts about the importance
of wearing ID. Two, to provide these
athletes with innovative identification
products that they will want to include
as part of their gear.
Club of America
Founded in 1958, The Road Runners Club of America is the oldest and
largest national association of running
clubs, running events, and runners
dedicated to promoting running as a
competitive sport and as healthy
exercise. The mission of the RRCA
is to promote the sport of running
through the development and growth of
running clubs and running events
throughout the country. The RRCA
supports the common interests of runners
of all abilities during all stages of
life by providing education and
leadership opportunities along with
programs and services that benefit all
SWRC is a non-profit organization formed in 1983 to promote running
activities in the Champaign-Urbana area.
Membership is open to people of all
abilities interested in running,
walking, and fitness.
